Project Management Team - International Experience

The JCL International management team is led by John Morgan the Company's CEO and President. With extensive International and Regional Experience in SE Asia of both construction services and project management, John provides strategic advice and direction as well as being the final point of accountability for JCL International delivery.

Calum Swinnerton - Business Partner, Director, Head of Project and Construction Management at JCL International, is responsible for the day to day management of any project in terms over all delivery and client liaison. Calum's background in Facilities Management and Building Services has also been of immense value to JCL International's clients in the Philippines and South East Asia.

JCL International has brought together a team of highly qualified professionals that are highly experienced in managing a variety of Projects and associated implementation of the works onsite.
