With an inherent knowledge and understanding of the latest construction methods and building infrastructure which are incorporated in international class facilities, JCL is positioned to offer clients a facility management service that is tailored to their specific operational needs.

Many of our clients operate major facilities with mission critical communications occurring 24 hours per day, seven days a week over 52 weeks of the year. As a result, JCL FM services reflect the level of expertise required to ensure facility issues do not conflict or interfere with business operations.

Additionally, ensuring that the facility performs to client driven business requirements and that it continues to present itself as an appealing, comfortable, and healthy workplace, is understood as a fundamental requirement for our clients.

Often critical day to day business demands direct focus away from non-core business areas, such that critical technical systems and that of keeping the tenancy in shape are often not kept in adequate perspective and system degradation may creep in unnoticed until system failure occurs.
