Overview
JCL International now in it
fourth year of operation, has the experience of working with
a wide range of clients from many different market sectors.
Prior to and since the inception of JCL International, our
highly dedicated and adaptable project management teams have
experience in completing over 1.5 million square feet of
fit-out, renovation and construction works for corporate
clients. This experience, coupled with a focus on end user
requirements, means that JCL International has the solutions
to meet all our clients operational needs, whatever the
industry. Details of relevant new-build and fit-outs are
listed below.

(Philippines) Inc. Facility, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Philippines.
Appointment Scope: Project & Construction
Management, Design Management, Energy & Environmental
Management, Client Representation, Programming, Cost
Management and Move Management.
Project: A Build-to-Suite 5 storey facility
for HSBC’s data processing operations comprising
approximately 20,000 square meters in Alabang.
Project appointment was May 2004, with contract period
until Nov 2005. |
American Express Office Facility
& Retail Outlets, Manila, Philippines.
Appointment Scope: Project & Construction
Management, Design Management, Programming, Cost
Management and Move Management.
Project: Head Office in Makati Central
Business District comprising approximately 1500 square
meters; and three separate Retail Banking Halls in
Makati, Binondo and Greenhills.<
Project appointment was July 2002, with completion of
Phase 1 in March 2003 and Phase 2 in March 2004.

Public Transportation
MRT – 2 – LRTA
Appointment Scope: Project & Construction
Management, QA/QC, Programming and Cost Management.
Project: All major power distribution
services, and associated installation works, on 18
kilometers of overhead light rail line and control of
the stringent technical material testing.
The
project commencement was July 2002 and completion July
of 2004.

Technology and Telecommunications
NCO Group Inc. (Formerly RMH
Teleservices Asia Pacific)
Appointment Scope:
Client Representation, Project & Construction
Management, Design Management, Programming and Cost
Management.
Project:
New Call Center Facility in ELJCC Building, Quezon
City. The 9500 square meter facility is being
implemented in three phases with completion of the
project due August 2006.
Project commencement
date was mid Dec 2002 for Phase 1, Jan 2005 for Phase
2, and Nov 2005 for Phase 3.

Retail
Handlebar Bar and Grill
Appointment Scope: Project & Construction
Management, Design Management, Programming and Cost
Management.
Project: Procure, develop and construct a
commercially zoned plot of land in CBD of Makati for a
new 500 square meter restaurant and bar.
Project commencement on 01 February 2003 and completed
on 15 May 2003.

Science and Education
NCR – National Cash Register
Appointment Scope: Client Representation,
Project & Construction Management, Design Management,
Programming and Cost Management.
Project: New research and development
facility in E-Office One Building, Cebu City
approximately 1500 square meters.
Project commencement was October 2003 and completion
March 2004.

Corporate
United Nations (ILO)
International Labour Organisation
Appointment Scope:
Project & Construction Management, Information
Technology (IT) Management, Design Management,
Programming and Cost Management.
I.T. Maintenance was
also undertaken on behalf of the client for their old
facility at NEDA Building Makati City.
Project:
New office fit out 19th Floor Yuchengco
Tower at RCBC Plaza in Makati City. The 1,100 square
meter new office facility has stringent operation and
reporting procedures that were implemented on this
project in accordance to United Nations ILO
requirements.
Project commencement was
in October 2003 and move-in date was on 26th
March 2004.
The I.T. Management
incorporated a specialized senior I.T. Manager to
develop a reliable office network structure and a
feasibility study for the implementation of a content
management system.

Commercial/Industry
Negros Navigation
Appointment Scope:
Project & Construction Management, Design Management,
Programming and Cost Management.
Project:
New build project for Negros Navigation Inc. for the
3.2 hectare fully integrated container terminal, 3520
square meter portal-framed warehouse.
Project commencement was
January 2002 with project completion in July 2002.

Marine
LandCo. Pacific – Peninsula De
Punta Fuego – Nasugbu, Batangas.
Appointment Scope:
Comprehensive Marine Design and Engineering Services.
Project:
The comprehensive marine services for the South Marina
Project included a marina feasibility study and master
plan, a detailed technical study and floating dock
tender documents for the 30 Berth Marina protected by
a 175 meter breakwater.
Project commencement was
in March 2005 with completion anticipated in March
2006.

Filinvest Land Incorporated –
Taal Lake Marine Facilities – Talisay, Batangas
Philippines.
Appointment Scope:
Comprehensive Marine Design and Engineering Services.
Project:
The comprehensive marine services included programming
and master planning, a detailed technical study and
tender documentation for the water sports pier, ramp,
boat storage area and boardwalk.
Project commencement was
in January 2004 with completion in March 2004.

Ninoy Aquino International
Airport, Terminal 3 – Manila, Philippines.
Appointment Scope:
Independent Project & Construction Management
Services.
Project:
Services provided to Dai-Dan Philippines Inc. for all
major external services, waste water treatment plant,
water storage towers, cooling towers, and stringent
geotechnical material testing.

Food
Pillsbury Philippines, Inc.
Appointment Scope:
Phase 1 scope of works included Budget Preparation and
Management of the Schematic/Conceptual Phase.
Project:
Fit-out and relocation of their food processing and
packaging facility comprising approximately 2500
square meters.
Date required for commencement and completion, waiting
for records to be accessed.

Hotels & Resorts
One & Only Reethi Rah Resort,
Republic of Maldives
Appointment Scope:
Specialised Construction Management Services thru
Kerzner Realty Development Corp.
Project:
The 5-star resort has 245 luxury villas. Scope of work
involved management of the over all marine and land
construction activities.
Project appointment was
April 2004, with contract period until November 2005.

Jumeirah
Palm Island, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Appointment Scope:
Construction management for 1600 luxury villas thru
Hill International.
Project:
The Jumeirah Palm Island is one of three resort
islands currently being developed in Dubai. When
completed they will be the three largest man made
islands in the world. Constructed in the shape of a
date palm tree, Jumeirah Palm Island consists of a
trunk and 17 fronds and a surrounding crown which acts
like a breakwater. When completed it will be the
location for approximately 1600 villas, shopping
complex, luxury hotel and first Marine Park.
Project appointment was
September 2005, with contract period until October
2006.
